A Report of Three Cases Presenting to the Emergency Department due to Near-Drowning

Introduction: The frequency of drowning increases with the warming weather, especially in summer months. In this paper, clinical features, radiological imaging and laboratory values three patients who presented to emergency department due near-drowning are discussed comparatively. 
 Case Report: 1 3, advanced life support was applied at scene spontaneous circulation restored. 2 complaint dyspnea. Cases 3 died after being admitted intensive care unit, while discharged full recovery. Conclusion: Diffuse ground-glass opacities were detected early thorax computed tomography all cases. addition, there cases, highest observed aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase creatinine kinase values. This suggests that tissue perfusion disorder develops period.
